Yes, we accept clothing made of special fabrics such as satin and silk. However, we will provide special care according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure the clothing remains in good condition.

You can order the pickup and delivery service through the app or by calling us. After the order is received, we will send a courier to pick up your clothes at the scheduled time.

There are no additional fees for the pickup and delivery service within a 5 km radius from our location. For areas outside this radius, additional fees will be charged based on distance.

Each piece of clothing is labeled with an order number and customer name. We also use a digital system to track each order to ensure no mistakes in return.

Yes, we provide dry cleaning services for clothes that require special care such as suits, wedding dresses, and other formal attire.
